In cases of waste spills, especially petroleum derivatives, the use of Microlife DCB series products rapidly restores contaminated soil to its original state. Field studies have shown that 90% removal of hydrocarbon chains up to C36 is achieved in the first 60 days, and almost all of it is removed by the end of the first year. With DCB series products, remediation can be carried out either without removing the soil from its original location or, if desired, after removal and remediation in a separate area.

In applications conducted in eutrophic and anoxic water environments, septic sludge accumulated at the bottom is removed by biological oxidation. Since anaerobic microorganisms nesting in this sludge are not allowed to survive, H2S gas is removed from the environment.
